Overview
We just migrated from v2021 to v2023 in Orchestrator. We used the migration tool of v2022 to migrate from classic folders to modern folders. Our unattended machines/runtimes/processes all migrated just fine and are running successfully, but I am having a bear of a time trying to figure out how to get our automation licenses working again.
Setup
We have 6 licensed users across two VM environments.
Problem
I would like to create machines for these users to be associated with, but all new machines and machine templates that I can see to create require unattended runtimes. But I don’t want to allocate any unattended runtimes to these development machines as they will only be used with the Automated Developer licenses.
Things already attempted
I have already confirmed that the tenant has all licenses allocated:
I am assuming there is some structural change that I am missing in the version update, but I’ve not been able to find it in the documentation.
