Cannot Access Insights Dashboard

How to access the Insights dashboard, when prompted to the error "Sorry... something went wrong. I can't open this Dashboard because the ElastiCube Default-Cube is being processed right now. Please try again later. "?

Issue Description: When accessing the Insights dashboard, the below error shows up,

"Sorry... something went wrong. I can't open this Dashboard because the ElastiCube Default-Cube is being processed right now. Please try again later. "

Resolution:

  1. Check that all Insights services are running on InsightsURL/app/test - look for any services marked as red
  2. If services are not running, access http://localhost:3030 and restart the services
  3. Next, also restart the Sisense services from services.msc (if the Shipper and Collector services are disabled, this is normal behavior)
  4. Perform an IIS reset by opening a Command Prompt with admin rights and running the line iisreset
  5. Verify accessing the dashboard in Insights.
