How to access the Insights dashboard, when prompted to the error "Sorry... something went wrong. I can't open this Dashboard because the ElastiCube Default-Cube is being processed right now. Please try again later. "?
Issue Description: When accessing the Insights dashboard, the below error shows up,
"Sorry... something went wrong. I can't open this Dashboard because the ElastiCube Default-Cube is being processed right now. Please try again later. "
Resolution:
- Check that all Insights services are running on InsightsURL/app/test - look for any services marked as red
- If services are not running, access http://localhost:3030 and restart the services
- Next, also restart the Sisense services from services.msc (if the Shipper and Collector services are disabled, this is normal behavior)
- Perform an IIS reset by opening a Command Prompt with admin rights and running the line iisreset
- Verify accessing the dashboard in Insights.
