Cannot able to identify element of webpage

Scenario: I need to wait until the page gets loaded with some texts. Once the page gets loaded , have to do some actions in that page

Current Behavior: Cannot able to identify the elements in the page once its get loaded.
Expected Behavior: Have to do some actions once its get loaded.
Studio/Robot/Orchestrator Version: UiPath studio 2016.1.6101
OS Version: Windows7

NOTE:: Page will load only if proxy settings are set

can you automate any other web page?

so you are saying that if you use proxy in IE, no elements are detected in the browser, does not matter what webpage you try to use, right?
