Can we run multiple foreground processes when we have multiple runtimes assigned

Hi
I have 3 runtimes attached to a machine , 2 robot accounts , and have some number of ( greater than 1) web based automations ( foreground processes) .
When I run the 2 processes ( one with one robot account , one with another) , consuming 2 runtimes , i face an error stating
" Could not start the executor. The requested resource is in use" .
Need help to understand , why it is happening , it is just like two different users logging to a machine and hitting the same website .

@Kanak_Lata_Singh,

Is your bot machine on Windows Server or normal Windows version? The scenario you are trying to execute could only be tested or run on Windows Server with High-Density Robots set up.

If trying on normal Windows versions like Windows 10, Windows 11 you can only use one user session at a time.

@Kanak_Lata_Singh

  1. Machine should be server with hd enabled
  2. Multiple logins support should be there which again is like point 1
  3. Check login to console no…

Cheers

Check this article Could Not Start Executor. The Requested Resource Is In Use - #4 by Mr_Meeseeks

You will need a High Density robot environment
Windows Server
Enough CAL licenses on the windows server
Login To Console to No for the robot in Orchestrator
Enough Unattended runtimes

Hi @marian.platonov

Thank you for valuable suggestions.
Our server does not have HD robot settings as of now and as a foreground process can establish only 1 console session , we are going to have only 1 runtime for now .

Thank you
