Can we migrate AA to UiPath?

Hi all!

Their are few automations which needs to be migrated to UiPath ! Can we migrate is their any tools their to migrate or have to request ?

Hi, @vhvinodsai

No official UiPath tool exists for direct AA to UiPath migration - manual redevelopment in Studio is standard.

Consider third-party services like JOLT Analyze & Translate for partial automation, or partners (Optezo, StepOneStepAhead) for consulting.

Prioritize simple bots first using REFramework, audit processes, and test in Orchestrator.

No one stop solution as such available. Even you find something it will be partial solution which will require multiple touches.

It’s better to recreate the workflows from fresh in UiPath

hi @vhvinodsai

There is no direct or official tool to automatically migrate automations from other RPA platforms to UiPath.

UiPath does not provide an automated migration tool. Existing automations must be manually re-built in UiPath. However, UiPath Migration Factory / UiPath Services can be requested for assessment, effort estimation, and best-practice guidance during migration.

Key points (optional add-on line):

  • Business logic can be reused
  • Objects/workflows need re-design in UiPath
  • Migration support can be requested via UiPath Partner or UiPath Professional Services

Hi @vhvinodsai

Yes, you can migrate Automation Anywhere (AA) bots to UiPath, but there is no fully automatic tool. You have a few options:

  1. Manual Migration
  • Review AA bots step by step and rebuild the logic in UiPath.
  • Map AA actions to UiPath activities (e.g., loops, Excel, UI automation).
  1. Semi-Automated Migration Tools
  • UiPath used to offer a Bot Migration Service for Enterprise customers, but it’s limited and usually requires contacting UiPath support.
  • Some third-party tools or scripts can extract AA tasks and help document them, but you still need to rebuild in UiPath.
  1. Request Support
  • If you are an Enterprise customer, you can open a request with UiPath for guidance or assistance for AA-to-UiPath migration.

In short, there is no direct “one-click” migration; most cases require reviewing the AA bot and rebuilding it in UiPath.

Officially from AA or UiPath you dont have nay inbuilt tools

But there is a 3rd party tool blueprint which helps in these migrations..for more details you need to contact blueprint team
