Can UiPath robots or studio be available to all users on a server using 1 license?

is this feature also available for community edition as well?

Yes, but not all users can connect their machines at the same time. This can also be done in the Community edition with the same restrictions.

shouldn’t they share the same machine key? since they are on the same VM?

The issue comes in with setting up the bot user. Since the bot license requires login information, only one person’s information can be entered into Orchestrator at a time for the bot.
