Can UIPath encrypt files by GnuPG / by provided actiities ?
Or any activity can do it ?

Encrypt File activity provided by uipath will be compatible with AES, DES, RC2, Rijndael, and TripleDES. I have checked few GnuPG packages available in nuget.org → which are not compatible with uipath.
maybe you can download uipath cryptography pack and customize the package based on GnuPG and try.
