Regarding this error, it is a known issue caused by a regression from another service, which cannot be reverted. After discussions with our engineering/product teams, they concluded that it cannot be fixed at the moment due to the following blockers:
- No bandwidth from engineers
- No resources
- No QA support
- Ensuring iOS is functional with the latest iOS SDK
- Ensuring 3rd party libraries are compatible with the latest Android API
- Security scans and subsequent fixes
We apologize for this, but the future of the mobile app is currently uncertain. Once they come to a decision, they will be updating the docs . There is an existing TIF (Trends, Issues, Feedback) Jira concerning the future of mobile apps, and I will add your company to the list of affected customers.
