Can’t create a connector with Greenhouse - Integration service

I’ve been trying to create a connector with Greenhouse, but I keep getting an authentication error—even though it looks like I have all the necessary permissions.

I saw your question, @Daniela_Rosenstein. Were you able to fix the issue? I’m asking because I’m encountering the same problem on my end. If you’ve resolved it, could you please share how you did it?

the username or user it uses would be the same user id given in email address..May I know if the api key is generated for the same user?

when i’m using http request it’s perfectly working even with postman also but when are trying to add as an integration service it’s not connecting and I have tried with sandbox and produuction api key both having similar issue

Hey,
i’ve been dealing with this issue for a while now. UiPath didn’t provide the solution after few sessions with them, and said that it’s an issue on their end.

It is failing as ‘GET: List Users’ permission is not set for the API key. We will come up with a fix for this. In the mean time, can you try providing 'GET: List Users` permission for the API key that you are using?
