Can Studio work in disconnected mode?

I have 7 licences Studio, 1 orchestrator, 5 unattended and 2 attended robots (2020.4.1).
Is it possible to work with Studio not connected to Orchestrator (local mode) ?
When we are connected to the local network of our company, it’s OK (robot is connected and licence and Studio are available)
But we can’t work on Studio in local mode or even in VPN mode (our local company policy is very restrictive).
Studio doesn’t have an active licence anymore.
