Can UiPath take data from a button if it only reveals data when clicked? I wanted to extract the agenda description, agenda date/time, and presenter name once the data is revealed after clicking on the Session?
Yes you can
mostly you might need to indicate it as separate window orin separate use app/browser if needed
are you facing any challenge in getting that data?
few things if you use f2 a delay is introduced while indicating for you to give the click instead of immediately

It is possible through UiPath
You can follow Below steps:

Use the “Click” activity to click the session button and reveal the hidden data.

Use Get Text activities or Extract Data to grab the agenda description, date/time, and presenter name after the data appears.
