Can not use template on studio web. It keeps Loading forever

Hello admin or team,
I need help in UiPath orchestrator it’s telling me its unresponsive.
I guess it is also affecting my UiPath studio.
It keeps loading and I am so frustrated because I wanna test and go to production :sob::confounded_face:
The support response team is taking forever.

this error again even when i want to connect to 3rd party application. when i go to default tenant there is no integration service. so i wonder is it only mine?

Integration Service is not available on free/community or student tenants in UiPath Automation Cloud. It is enabled only for paid (Enterprise) tenants. When it’s not enabled, the Default Tenant will not show Integration Service and any 3rd-party connector connection will throw exactly this error.

i am on standard trial plan.

Also i am doing a course on academy.uipath.com and if i cant even have a free trial to practice my skill then what’s the use of even having the course. Is there a trial package that i can use to atleast test my skills as I learn?

i have searched and realised i lack the integration service yet my license allows me to get one. How can i handle such a scenario?

Integration Service is not available in free/community or student tenants. To practice what Academy teaches, you must sign up for a UiPath Automation Cloud Enterprise Trial (30 days) using a new email. That trial includes Integration Service and third-party connectors.

If you can’t get the trial, practice the same use cases using HTTP Request and APIs instead.

If your license includes Integration Service but you don’t see it, it’s usually not enabled at tenant level

  • Go to Automation Cloud → Admin → Tenants → your tenant → Services

  • Check if Integration Service is turned off

  • If you’re not an admin, raise a request to your org/admin to enable Integration Service for that tenant

  • If you are the admin and still don’t see it, open a UiPath support ticket with your tenant name and license details

you can delete you organization on orchestrator and create new again after this you will get Enterprice plan. so you can practise and test UiPath products note: for learning purpose only no commercial use is allowed.

your email should be provided by your institute and should also be UiPath partner academy alliance.
