Can not find Resources in Studio

I am trying to do the ressources Tutorials, but I can not find the Processes, Queues and Buckets in Studio. It says the ressources can be found in the Data Manager Panel, but there I only see Variables, Arguments, Namespaces and Connections.

The AI does not help, the Documentation just shows a picture where you can see it in the Data Manager Panel and in the Forum I only see questions from 2023 and older.

I am connected to the Folder and there is a Robot assigned to the folder. The Folder has a Process a bucket and a Queue I created from Orchestrator, but I can not find any of that in the Desktop Studio Version 2025.0.172.

Ensure that the Studio is conneced with the right folder:

Possible reasons you’re not seeing them:

The connected Robot may not have the required permission (like ‘View’) for those Orchestrator resources.
You might be connected via a modern folder/robot which does not expose classic-folder resources, or vice versa. UiPath Docs

To resolve this:

Check the Studio status bar to ensure you’re connected to the correct Orchestrator folder.
Use the Refresh button in the Data Manager to re-sync available resources. UiPath Docs
Verify the Robot’s role and access permissions in Orchestrator—ensure it has view access for the Processes, Queues, or Buckets.Possible reasons you’re not seeing them

I actually think these are removed in the latest version guys, I also cannot see them anymore.

The Robot has all permissions. The status light is green and it is the correct folder.

However, my data manager looks completely different from the picture you posted. I dont even have a refresh button.

Is this just a thing that doe not work with the community version?

@Mario_K,

The resources like Processes, Queues and Buckets has been removed from the data manager in recent release of the Studio version.

You will have to manage them from the Orchestrator.

So How do I get access to a stroage file.

Assume my Storage bucket is called “BankInfo” and I have one Excel file in there called “Accounts.xlsx”. The Sotrage bucket is in the folde “Test”.

I tried all possible combinations, but I always get a Null Exception. So what should be in the fields for “Path” and “Storage Bucket Name”
