Can i use API Rest without orchestrator?

I have a web api to send and a response to get
Is it necessary to work with orchestrator ?

You can use the UiPath.Web.Activities package in studio to use REST,JSON,SOAP,XML APIs and get responses. you dont need orchestrator necessarily.
