Can I upload some email files to Dataset?

I want to process order emails, and just I have some order email files not in outlook?
How can I upload files? Are there some demo about how to do it? not only concept.

There are multiple ways to upload emails.
For you case the easiest would be create a PST file and upload it.

I have read docs from Using the API | Communications Mining Docs, and want to use this API, but you said PST, I noticed that Communications Mining ‘Sources’ only allow upload CSV files. Are there any reference?
