We have a queue with a strict SLA and need to know if a transaction is ever pending for more than 15 minutes. Can this be done in insights? If not, how do I set up alerts and modify the Monitoring page in Orchestrator?
Hey @heather.lehmann
Yes, but you need to keep on refreshing the insights data set I believe.
Also you may try alerts to be set for the same.

Hi there! I have the dashboard set to refresh every minute but I still am not able to see any items that are 'In Progess" even though I see that there are some in the Orchestrator. I plan on setting up an alert but can’t if it doesn’t ever see the pending ones.
Seems like this should be done in the Monitoring page but I don’t see how to edit any of those. In the meantime, we have support specialist checking the progress every 15 minutes which is super inefficient.
Hi.
Did you resolve this? It’s been a few years so would guess things have changed to better…
I have the same problem: I just started to use Insights (in Cloud) and created a simple datatable view which is just a list of run jobs with the start and end date, process name, and status, but’s it’s not showing jobs in real-time as they are run. Sometimes it shows the latest job to be the one that was run 1 hour ago, sometimes 30 minutes ago.
Hi
The data ingestion in insights is not real time. There is a slight time difference between when a job is executed/ queue item is processed in orchestrator to reflect in insights.
new data from Orchestrator will be ingested approximately every 20 minutes. Robot logs will be ingested every 10-15 minutes, but due to latency this can take up to 2 hours to be displayed in Insights.
