Can cloud AI Fabric be integrated with on premise Orchestrator version 2019.10 and Studio/Robots?

AI-Fabric cloud can be used with studio and robots but unfortunately as per current design , AI-Fabric cloud cannot be integrated with on-premise Orchestrator irrespective of the version.

However, AI-Fabric can be installed  on premise and can be integrated  with on premise Orchestrator (version should be 2020.4.1 or greater).

This answer is no longer true after an update that allows you to set public endpoints in the cloud AI Center to be used with an on-prem orchestrator. See this video for reference or the documentation here. I just tested it with our setup and it seems to work well following the video instructions.
