Can cloud AI Center be integrated with on premise Orchestrator version 2019.10 and Studio/Robots?

AI Center cloud can be used with Studio and Robots but as per current design , AI Center cloud cannot be integrated with on-premise Orchestrator irrespective of the version.

However, AI Center can be installed on premise and can be integrated with on premise Orchestrator (version should be 2020.4.1 or greater).
