Can Automation Hub API be accessed via external apps using an OAuth flow?

So I am taking a look at UiPath Automation Hub API and I see authentication is documented to be done via an API token generated within Automation Hub UI.

That said, while browser around general UiPath platform docs, I found about an Oauth flow available

Orchestrator - Using OAuth for External Apps (uipath.com)

However, this appaar to be available only for Orchestrator, Test Manager and few others.

Can someone confirm for me please?

I think it’s only for orchestrator and test manager and not for Automation hub with OAuth
It uses API Key instead
