In UIPath Studio, there is RunAllTests.xaml file. Should it run successfully before uploading for evaluation. It is failing for me. But the program runs successfully and updates all the W15 items.

No… It doesn’t need to run successfully for you to submit for the evaluation. It is there to test the workflows, which is not required for the assignment evaluation.
You can leave it as it is, and do no worry about it 
If the workflow runs perfectly, and all the items are updated as completed, and the cash code is accurately generated, then you are good to go…
