Calculate Client Security Hash appears as completed, with no file uploaded

I can’t get my diploma of completion and i think is because i couldn’t upload a file it just appeared as completed besides this in my ACME website it appears as passed i just raised a ticket showing the problem, i’m looking for more help here, if anyone know how to solve this please let me know
