Calculate and register reimbursement for transportation expenses for students

Use Case Description

Students with a valid apprenticeship get their transportation expenses to the educational institution covered by the company of their apprenticeship.
The Danish government reimburse the transportation expenses to the company afterwards.
This requires that the educational institution registers the amount of days the student was present, and calculates the cheapest available transport on the strech between the students home and the educational institution.

This robot extracts information about students via API to the student registration system.
The Danish government provides an API for outputting available public transportation on any given route.
The robot calculates the cheapest available transportation expenses during the course and registrers the amount for reimbursement afterwards.
