C Drive capacity problem

Hello,
I am using Excel Application Scope to read, write, and create pivot files of around 100MB. After several tasks, the capacity of drive C decreases, and there are cases where there is less than 100MB remaining.

Even if I delete the temporary files or reboot, there is almost no difference in capacity.

Has anyone ever experienced the same problem as me?
