Button Sign In does nothing in UiPathStudio

Hello guys, i am downloading UiPath. When i run UiPathStudioSetup.exe appears me a window with two buttons Sign in and Learn More, i have clicked several times “sign in” does nothing and if i click “learn more” appears a window Erro Apllication not found. I already have confirmed my email acount.

Hi @gavpf, thank you so much for the info. If it’s not too much of a hassle, could you please let us know some more details regarding this?

  • what is the default browser set on your workstation and what is the Windows version you are using? Windows 10 or another one?
  • can you please open the UiPath Assistant and try to Sign In from there? Does it trigger the same error?
  • do you have any Antivirus application that might block pop-ups from launching?
  • have you tried reinstalling/repairing Studio and see what happens?
  • can you please run a UiPath Diagnostics Tool report and attach the .zip file generated either here, or in a private message to me or @loginerror? You just need to search for the UiPath Diagnostics Tool tool via Windows Startbar, then click next>next>next to generate a report.

I changed my default browser to Internet Explorer and now it´s working everything fine. @loginerror @coramia Thank you both for your time.
