Busy saving all changes in UiPath APPS

Using UiPath Apps, I received the notice below from yesterday till now and no action can be done.

Yesterday there was UiPath cloud outage that might have impacted you.

I would advise to refresh the page or restart the browser and try again. There are chances that your changes might get lost due to this, but there is no other option.

Ohh ok, then something got stuck at server side. If you are on enterprise license, raise this on Customer Portal.
