I would like to know what would be business case for State Machine. In what scenario do we use State Machine?

Could you provide me a practical business case for state machine ?

The State Machine is a better tool for keeping your process running. It provides cleaner routes for various circumstances and provides a nice top layer wrapper to clarify what should happen when certain events occur.
