Build Your First Process With Studio issue post publish it in Orchestrator

Hello,

I have successfully build First process automation in UiPath course, it is giving output result as expected in studio and Orchestrator. If I run the process in studio I can always delete Invoice excel files from Invoices folder in the project directory, but when I run it from Orchestrator it add all new and old Invoice excel files attachments.

Is there anyway I can go and delete old Invoice excel files in Orchestrator so that when I run the process again in Orchestrator it will only display current 4 files and my email will be light also the output will be correct. Thank you.

Add a step in your process initialize state to clear all the files or delete the folder and recreate so that only files are deleted

Thank you so much providing solution, but I had to do following steps

In initialization added activity Folder Exists

then used If activity

This took care of initialization part

then in processing flow I had to gave full path for few actives like SaveMailAttachment and ExcelApplicationScop

then followed other actives in the automation. It was great relief to get desired output.
