"Browser No Longer Supported "Error Then Trying To Connect To Cloud Test Manager

Resolution for the error thrown when trying to connect the Studio to the cloud test manager with a Studio version 20.10 or lower, "The browser is no longer supported".

Error Message: When launching the Test Manager connection wizard in Studio, the following error is returned:
The browser is no longer supported.

Resolution: Proceed as follows,

  1. Use Studio v 21.10 or higher
  2. Access Test Suite from a supported browser, as described in the Cloud - Software Requirements .
