Browser Activities, something changed?

Hi All,

Not used UiPath ( Studio Pro ) for a couple of months, something weird or very foolish on my part is happening this evening, webpage opens correctly but the run keeps running, then times out with the below, any idea whats wrong / some default setting changed ?

give a try on first round: remove and reinstall the latest Browser Extension
