Bot typing into search field instead of indicated element on salesforce

Hi guys, i am having some difficulty in getting the bot to type it a certain field, at present the bot keeps picking up the search field to type in. I am looking to create a new user on salesforce having saved the data in a variable and using type into, please image below.

are you able to get a proper selectors for first name etc

Have you checked by clicking the field , Typing first name and moving to next field ? without automation

if not tried it yet Try above steps and let us know for any further help.
