Hello, I have an issue in processing Citrix application. Bot is downloading the application but unable to recognize its screen. Earlier it was running fine. But after update in citrix it is causing issue. I had uninstalled and reinstalled citrix extension but still it is facing issue.
Could you please let me know how to resolve this?
Please check if the settings have changed…also what is the version
