Hi @chiranjit.saha1,
Is it attended or unattended automation?
Are you on enterprise or community license?
Please give us some details.

sorry for late reply…

I’m using uipath studio pro Enterprise Licensed Edition. It’s an unattened robot.
So when I login to VM while process is running it’s pulling the report perfectly. but when I didn’t logged on to VM… it didn’t pull the report correctly.

Do you have robot installed using MSI installation file? It looks like your robot service has been installed using EXE which makes robot service to be part of user thread instead of system service so it will not work until user is logged on machine.

As enterprise user you can also get help using our Technical Support

I need to check whether robot is installed using msi /exe installation file.

But, it’s not like robot isn’t working… It logs in to browser and clicks some tab… But some part of the task behaving differently when I logged in vs when I don’t logged in…

Hi…I am facing the same issue…Where you able to resolve this issue?

I am having the same issue. Also using enterprice and I definitely used an MSI installation. Did anyone solve the problem?

Hi James,Try the below steps,
->In orchestrator, Go to Robots Tab.
->Select the Unattended / Non Production Robot that is configured for the process
->Click on the Three Dots and Select Edit
→ Enable the Option “Login to Console” in Robot Settings and select the Option “NO”
