Bot is not able to send mail

HI ,

We are facing an issue with send mail to particular user bot is not able to send mail remanning users bot is able to send the mail.
can i know why it’s not sending the mail, we are using individual Email id, now we added one mail id belongs group mail creation, users have accepted the mail from our end manually while we send through for this mail id, bot is not able to send mail for these mentioned mail id (mailto:xxxxxxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com)

How to check that is vallid Email id

manually are you able to send the email using same mail id which is failing?

if not then the id is wrong

I am not sure its local group are not that is created by user

It has an Email id like these ((mailto:xxxxxxxxxx.onmicrosoft.com)

What activities are you using?

As per email domain looks like its a local group created…may be only works with outlook if that group is present in the outlook that is being used

We are using Microsoft Office 365 Scope. activity

Have your email administrators verify that the bot account is allowed to send to group mailboxes.
