Bot is getting Stuck on Production with no exception

Hi All,

While the process is running on the production the process is getting stuck. There is no error message or any exception in the logs and the status is showing as Running. the process is queue triggered and also the process runs on multiple bots at the same time.
I am unable to get the exact issue.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

was the Job/Automation Process ever sucessfully executed in the past?

When we miss some hints from the logs, then we check the Windows Event Manager for UiPath entries. Often it helped us to find out more about the issues.

Yes in the past the process used to execute successfully without any errors

Select Windows Logs > Application
Check for UiPath entries

On Event Viewer i did not get any error for the uipath
