Bot is crashing for more than 8 lakh records of excel

Hi,

I have an excel file with .XLS extension which i downloaded from SAP, having 8 lakh records.
I want to create a pivot so i am changing the extension from .XLS to .xlsx but i am not able to read excel file it is showing me run time error.
Please suggest the solution.

Can you share the error message?
How are you converting .xls file to .xlsx? Simply changing the extension won’t work.
