Bot Got stuck while sending mail message with integration service

I’m facing an issue while sending mail using UiPath Integration Service. The bot executes normally, but whenever an error occurs and it reaches the point where it should send an email, it gets stuck. It executes the “Send Mail” sequence and logs the “start sending email” message, but then hangs right after that. The next activity is the actual “Send Mail” activity using Integration Service, but it never proceeds past it.

To start with just to check can you try isolating send email alone into separate workflow or even a process and check if that works please
