Bot for extract mail attachments and convert those attachments into excel sheet

hello folks i have tried to create a automation process which deals with

  1. fetching mails and search for specific subject in you mail folder i.e.“inbox” or “name”
  2. download the subject and place it into an specific folder
  3. search that folder and for each attachment inside the folder (i.e name.pdf is an invoice ) then the OCR should extract the data
  4. after this the data should be segregated into excel sheet with specific items by keywords given in the pdf to excel activity

my question is how to automate my process where it should search the downloaded folder and then it should open one by one attachments in the downloaded folder and run it in pdf with OCR and extract the data into excel sheet
