Bot fails when run through orchestrator

Environment is VDI robots, Unattended bot licenced through orchestrator,

  1. when we take remote and run through orchestrator it works fine-pass
  2. if run through orchestrator without taking remote -failed
    time out error, cannot find ui element.

tried so far, used simulate/send windows but this cannot be because some of the elements wont support.

waiting for inputs/Suggestions

Use Take Screenshot in case of exception and you can analyse what happened.
