Bot does not start in an agentic orchestration

I built a simple orchestration, with a bot as a tool which goes and extracts data from a website and then asking the agent to perform some tasks on the data

While debugging, I noticed that the bot does not start, it keeps saying “running” however nothing happens. Any ideas?

Hi,

For now, can check status of the job in Orchestrator? If it’s pending, it’s necessary to solve it.

Regards,

Thank you for your reply.

Indeed, the job is still pending

It says that the machine does not have production runtime allocated. How do I make this change?

I am on community plan and have no user friendly way to change anything in licenses

I also see some non-compliance message here which I have no clue what it means.

Who can help me with all this?

Hi @raool90

You should create the machine you intend to run unattended automations on, in your Tenant, and assign it to the folder where you are running the job.

Machines are connected by copying the Client ID and Secret to your Assistant Orchestrator Settings page.

Remember to assign runtimes to your Machine Template:

Hi,

For now,can you try to add UR license at Tenant-Machine as the following?

Regards,

I added a runtime production license and I run again my bot, this time, it is not pending anymore, but failed with message “Could not find a machine with Unattended or NonPro…”

Yo, managed to get it going. Thank you for your help.

For those who are having the same issue, the solution was the provisioning of a new machine and assigning it to Orchestrator via UiPath assistant and its machine key, and then solving the second error by assigning the new machine to the domain/folder
