Bot always unable to find the UI elements corresponding to selectors

“Is the menu-entry “Abrir” visible at start?”

There is a main menu, from where there is an icon BUSCA (search).

That opens a new tab, where Abrir is visible at start.

Keyboard shortcuts don´t work in the menu. I tried Click Activity but it did not work.

click IMAGE activity ?

It’s hard to “guess” without access to the source system…

Unfortunatelly, the source system is on our intranet. Can only access it from outside using a Virtual Machine, but obviously, can´t let non employees access it.

But I think I used click activity, not click image activity.
