Blank screenshot for job running from Orchestrator in RDP

Hi Techies,
Greetings for the day!!

I am running a task from Orchestrator with unattended bot, which sends application screenshot as attachment in mail. Bot is in RDP. I am getting blank screenshot in mail.

PS:

  1. Using normal Take screenshot activity.
  2. No selectors used.
  3. Did not minimized RDP window.
  4. My unattended bot is logging into RDP and performing all activities with sending mail with blank screenshot.

Please help.
