Blank application - orchestrator

My process works when running manually but when I run through orchestrator elements are not found.

I changed the resolution settings and the problem still occurs

I set up a screenshot for the error and the application window exists but it’s blank and white with no elements.

If I set Login to Console to FALSE then I get “The connection failed at negotiating security settings”

Please help

Is it done through platform.uipath.com

by connecting machine key to the orchestrator

Per my first post the problem I’m having is when the process is run from orchestrator, so the machine is already connected…
