Hi!

I have a non-technical question, focused more on how you manage your projects. We are a team of three developers that will be working in the same workflow.

So, how do you get organized to avoid overwriting each other work or forgetting to include something that the other had developed, or to include a certain variable in a specific format?

Just wanted to know your tips for a successful project.
