Be a subsidiary company, could we use Community Edition to use studio to develop Robot, and deploy in parent company

We are a subsidiary company and help to develop Robot for parent company, could we use Community Edition studio to develop Robot, and deploy in parent company.

For now the plan is parent will buy Enterprise license for develop and production, but we’ll not use.
We only support to develop robot and we are in different AD domains.
