Batch processing of bulk excel data in SAP

This query is regarding the batch data processing in SAP. for example I am having data set of 30000 lines in Excel and I want to process it in the batch of 500 lines in SAP in one go, could you please suggest how can I fetch the details in batches from excel and process it SAP.

Do we have activities to support this kind of automation.
