As @kumar.varun2 has given you the answer. If you are wondering how and why to eliminate other options.

Option 2 : Credentials are user specific and can change without notice therefore the word “constants” in the option should alert you that this is incorrect.

Option 3 : If you allocated a credential asset in the Assets sheet in Config.xlsx, the Initallsettings.xaml in the REFramework will try to fetch it as an asset, but will fail to fetch it. This failure is graceful as Initallsettings.xaml gets assets using a try-catch activity.

Option 4 : Credentials should never be saved as a text asset (freetext) in Orchestrator.
