When deploying / updating an Orchestrator PaaS environment in Azure the following error occurs:
Exception calling "UploadFile" with "2" argument(s): "An exception occurred during a WebClient request."
Resolution:
Make sure that the platform is on 64 bit and the FTP state is set to “ All allowed”
