can we use UiPath Action Center to validate tasks/ data extractions from the Azure Form Recognizer? If so, is there any documentation or material available to know how to do it?

Hello @Pandya_Meet, check this out:
Directly you cannot…but ypu can first use azure form recognizer to get the data and then create a form taks and display the results in action center to get the approvals …and also forms have capability to present the documents so you can present and the person who validates can enter data in required fields or edit data in the fields
