How do I fix the Azure AD integration with Orchestrator when the Test Connection check fails?
Issue Description
While setting up the Azure AD integration with Orchestrator, the Test Connection check fails and returns the error:
Test Connection Failed: Failed to create user with email [xyz@abc.com]
If you check the Developer Tools in the browser, you may also see the following errors:
DuplicateUsername: Username '[xyz@abc.com]' is already taken.DuplicateEmail: Email '[xyz@abc.com]' is already taken.
Resolution
Delete existing Directory User from Automation Suite.
