Average Processing Cost

For the benefit assessment, Automation Hub considers the Volumes and average processing time per transaction. E.g. 6,800 transactions per annum at a processing time of 1.5 mins = £benefit based on FTE cost.

However, I’m currently dealing with a process which also has a Processing Cost of £2.50 per transaction. The automation will negate the need for this cost, so I would like to see this save reflected.

Is there a recommended way of accounting for this so I can view this in the benefit assessment?
